Midnite Cookie Policy

At Midnite, we use cookies and similar technologies to make our website and app work properly, keep your account secure, and give you a smoother experience when you visit midnite.com. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we at Midnite use them, and what choices you have regarding their use. By continuing to browse our site or use the Midnite app, you agree that we may place cookies on your device as described below.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer, smartphone, or tablet when you visit a website. They allow a site to recognise your device and remember certain information about your visit, such as your preferences, login status, and how you interact with our pages. Our Midnite platform uses both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them).

Why We at Midnite Use Cookies

We rely on cookies for several important purposes. Without them, core features of our sportsbook, casino games, and horse racing sections would not function correctly. Here at Midnite, we use cookies to:

• Keep you securely logged in to your Midnite casino account as you move between pages
• Remember your currency, language, and display preferences
• Support fraud prevention and KYC verification processes
• Understand how visitors use midnite.com so we can improve our slots, live casino, and sportsbook offerings
• Deliver relevant promotions, such as our welcome bonus or Daily Scratchcard offers
• Measure the performance of our advertising, including campaigns promoting our Midnite promo code offers

Types of Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the operation of our site. They enable core functionality such as account login, secure navigation, and access to the Midnite betting app or casino lobby. We cannot provide our services without these cookies, and they cannot be switched off through our systems.

Performance and Analytics Cookies

We at Midnite use analytics cookies to collect information about how visitors use our website, including which pages are visited most often and whether players encounter errors. This helps us refine our games library, improve load times on both desktop and our native iOS app, and generally enhance the Midnite casino experience.

Functionality Cookies

Our Midnite platform uses functionality cookies to remember choices you make, such as your preferred odds format, chosen currency (GBP, EUR, USD or ZAR), or whether you have dismissed certain notifications. These cookies make your return visits more convenient.

Advertising and Targeting Cookies

We and our advertising partners may use cookies to deliver marketing messages relevant to your interests, including information about our sign-up offers, free spins promotions, and sportsbook bonuses. These cookies also help us measure the effectiveness of campaigns related to our Midnite promo code and welcome offer, and to avoid showing you the same advert repeatedly.

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our site are placed by trusted third parties, such as analytics providers, payment processors (including PayPal and Apple Pay), and game studios like Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, and Play'n GO whose content is embedded within our casino. These third parties may use cookies for their own purposes, in accordance with their respective privacy and cookie policies. We do not control these third-party cookies directly, but we review our partners carefully to ensure they meet appropriate standards.

How We Use Cookies for Responsible Gambling

We take player protection seriously. Cookies help us at Midnite support responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, self-exclusion settings, and our integration with GamStop for UK self-exclusion. These cookies ensure your preferences and limits are respected consistently across your sessions on our site and within the Midnite app.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You have control over how cookies are used when you visit our site. Most browsers allow you to:

• View what cookies are stored on your device and delete them individually
• Block third-party cookies while still allowing first-party cookies
• Block all cookies from being set, although this may prevent you from using certain features of our Midnite casino login, sportsbook, or account area
• Delete all cookies when you close your browser

Please note that if you disable strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to log in to your account, place bets, or play casino games on our platform. We recommend reviewing your browser's help section for specific instructions on managing cookie settings.

Cookie Consent Tool

When you first visit midnite.com, we display a cookie banner that allows you to accept or customise your cookie preferences. You can change your choices at any time by accessing the cookie settings link available in our website footer. We will remember your preferences going forward, unless you clear your cookies or use a different device or browser.

Mobile App and Device Identifiers

If you access our services through the Midnite app on iOS, or through our fully responsive mobile site on Android, we may use device identifiers in a manner similar to cookies. These identifiers help us recognise your device, remember your login session, and deliver relevant content and promotions, such as updates on our Casino Club rewards or sportsbook offers.

Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legislation, or our business practices. Any updates will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
